This journal is to help birth moms through their journey of pregnancy and the preparation of becoming a new mother. The moist important element of this journal is to guide the mother into educating yourself through your process of becoming a mom. As you read and work through this journal, you will become more knowledgeable, confident and ready for your experience as a new mom to be.
